I used Dave?s Roasted Garlic & Sweet Basil Sauce in layered eggplant parm dish with spaghetti squash (as the pasta) and it was decent. … In order to make the dish, I saut?ed the squash with garlic and spices and added zucchini on top of that and then breaded eggplant on the top of that. I placed sauce and a few sprinkles of asiago cheese on the bottom of the dish and in between each layer of vegetable.
Ziyad Brand offers a few different varieties of imported all natural Middle Eastern grains such as the Maftoul Baladi that I used in this dish. 
They are easy to cook either by microwaving or boiling the couscous in the bag it comes in. I added Dave?s Gourmet Wild Mushroom pasta sauce over the top of the maftoul and then mixed in Trader Joe?s eggplant and Del Monte Organic Green Beans .
