What did you do for the environment today? I redesigned something at work in a effort to eliminate more paper and on the way to a paperless system. I, also drank organic white chai tea, from Revolution Tea which will be reviewed soon. I also posted a new review below.

Going Green was huge in 2007. We are hoping it gets bigger in 2008. I am Mike, Founder and Chief Editor of Leafygreen.info (pronounced with the dot), an independent website devoted, but not limited to green products such as organic, all natural, healthy, vegetarian/vegan, sustainable, fair-trade, recycled and eco and environmentally friendly products, food and beverages, cleaning supplies, appliances, personal hygiene products, and eco-fashion. The mission of the site is to promote green living and healthy alternatives to the mainstream by sampling products and publishing reviews.
There are a few sites out now which talk, in general, about new green products, but not many of them have actually test out the products, hands-on. As a vegetarian, green and healthy products and the lifestyle appeal to me and I see a big change in the world daily. We are still a relatively new site, founded February 2007, with great core ideas and offer a digital way of making people aware. This is not only great to save on paper, but it is worldwide and always available online.
Leafygreen.info also was featured on The Star Ledger’s (nj.com) The Munchmobile, NorthJersey.com (The Bergen Record) and Treehugger.com as well. We also advertise locally in and around NYC by way of flyers and word-of-mouth at festivals, events, concerts, bars, grocery and health food stores, as well at expos such as the Specialty Food Show NY and All Natural Expo East. We are also on MySpace, Virb, VegSpace, Facebook and some others like Twitter.
Our goal is to post a review each weekday morning and we try to vary the content and category of the review each day for more of an interesting read. You can always flip through the archives, however the last ten reviews are always available on the main page as well as links to other material. We implemented a Random Reviews section on the right hand sidebar and a Related Reviews section below each post. Currently, we are working to tag every review with more appropriate tags thus allowing easy searching from within each review.
