Another exciting week here at Leafygreen.info. We attended the Beer Festival last weekend in Atlantic City. It was a blast. Anyone see us there? We had cowboy hats on and Leafygreen.info shirts, but so many other people did too.
On April 1, we will be going to The Nets Go Green game in lovely East Rutherford, New Jersey. The New Jersey Nets are going green all over the place. From the cleaning supplies to the paper they use and they invited us down to show off our wares. Since, we don’t have wares, we’ll just be showing off ourselves.
Come say hello.
Come back Monday for some new review, sign up for the newsletter, visit some of our friends.

How was your week? Our week was great, thanks for asking. Who’s heading to the Atlantic City Beer Fest today? Look for us, we’ll be there. Some of us will be rocking green Leafygreen.info shirts and a cowboy hat.
Global Green Expo 2008 and Go Green Expo are getting selling tickets for their 2008 Earth Day Weekend Expo in Jersey City, NJ and NYC.
You should check out those sites to see a list of vendors, speakers and a fun outdoor activity in late April. We’ll be there, maybe with the same hat. We’ll be among the celebrities such as Rachel Ray and Ted Danson.

Enjoy your weekend and come back Monday for more reviews.

The Collaborator Doppelbock is Flying Dog’s unique approach to creating a unique beer. Collaborator was born as result of the Open Source Beer Project. Homebrewers around the country submitted their ideas and it was born. That sums it up easily, but you can read more about Open Source here.

The brew itself is straightforward Doppelbock. It’s a strong and malty beer with a slight roasted taste to it.
Flying Dog is one of the leaders in craft beers and this is another great example. If you are headed to the Atlantic City Beer Festival, drop by their booth.
Cheers!
