Smokin’ Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

New Jersey’s Three Hot Tamales has a barbecue sauce called Smokin’ Chipotle. Sautued onions, smoked jalapenos (chipotle) and brown sugar are blended together to make this thick, tangy and sweet sauce. Don’t be fooled, it is not too hot. The smoky flavor goes well on veggie burgers, french fries or pretty much anything.
