A good combination of veggies, eggplant, asparagus, peppers and zucchini are on top of this organic pizza. I did not think it was anything special. The vegetables are grilled, but in need of more sauce. The pizza is a good size, organic and vegetarian, but other than that, nothing great.

Sweet Home Southern Cookin’. How can you go wrong when you add cornbread full of real corn kernels and pimentos, collard greens and swiss chard with onions, sweet and tangy red pinto beans and creamy sweet mashed potatoes?
I had such a great lunch on Monday, it reminded me of being in the south, for real. Amy’s Kitchen is known for making organic foods fresh and then frozen.
There is a decent amount of saturated fat and 780 mg of sodium, 8 grams of fiber, lots of other vitamins and minerals. The best part is the 12 grams of protein.
