Kulfi Bars: Coconut, Malai and Chikoo Reviews

I have already reviewed the Pistacio Kulfi Bar, so this time, I have three more reviews for you. Coconut is up first. I’ve already mentioned a few times that I do not like coconut, but I had to try it. The texture and consistency of Kulfi is pretty standard. It’s solid and thick, doesn’t melt too fast and is very refreshing; the tricky part is the flavorings. The coconut is very strong and prominent, not my thing, but a friends tried one and was happy with the rich and fresh flavor.

The Chikoo is a sweet and refreshing flavor. It’s an uncommon fruit found in warmer climates such as Mexico and India. Malai is the South Asian term for clotted cream. The Malai bar is flavored just with the natural Kulfi and Malai flavors. It’s a very heavy and creamy dessert. These unique desserts are very good and I really enjoy the texture of Kulfi.
