Hillside Candy’s Go Naturally

Organic is something that we normally prescribe to vegetables and fruit. However, in today?s mail were six different flavors of organic hard candies by Hillside Candy?s Go Naturally brand. Depending on the flavor, they contain anywhere from three to five all natural and common ingredients. The one that I was most excited about was Ginger. Once popped in my mouth it immediately released a wonderful ginger flavor.

This candy did not disappoint. Also enjoyable were the honey and honey lemon cadies. They both contained a rich honey taste. What was especially nice was you could actually taste the unique honey flavor ? it was not some generic sweet taste. The honey lemon also had fantastic and bright citrus notes. The apple flavor was reminiscent of other similar apple cadies. It contained an apple flavor with a hint of tartness. The cherry and pomegranate were fruity and sweet but did not necessary taste like their respective fruits. They were much more like a fruit punch candy.

I found all of these candies very enjoyable, tasty, and not overwhelmingly sweet. They would even be good to pass out for Halloween!
