Much like Melissas Guacamole Kit, the Salsa Kit is just as simple to assemble. Melissas Salsa Kit contains three small tomatoes, a shallot, two cloves of garlic and a jalapeño. No cilantro, unfortunately, but Ill have to deal. The veggies and tomatoes were fresh, ripe and ready to be transformed into a chunky salsa. The end result is not your typical salsa, it actually is more of a pico de gallo, but spicier. I used the salsa on my veggie burgers under the melted cheese. I just added a hint of sea salt and black pepper and it was perfect. The kit yielded about two servings of salsa.

Melissas Guacamole and Salsa Kits are new from Melissas and they are really simple to prepare.
