I wanted to know what it was like to eat gluten free and now I know. It’s not as tasty as eating un-gluten free. Gluten Free does not necessarily mean healthier, but you can get the same type of products such as Brownie Bites, Sweet Savory Bites, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Butterscotch Cookie Bites.
I tried each of the flavors that Gluten Free & Fabulous has to offer and they are all decent enough. The Chocolate Chip Cookie was my favorite and the Sweet Savory Bites were my least.
The products do contain eggs and soy so they may not be for all of you celiac sufferers out there.

i have been in a gluten free diet ever since last year because i have food allergy.
i have an allergy to Gluten and most of the time i use guar gum or xanthan gum for baking. these gums are good substitute for wheat.
