Garden Fresh Salsa

Garden Fresh Gourmet?s Guacamole is well worth trying, but I can?t say the same for the Artichoke Garlic Salsa. I expected to be blown away from the unique combination of ingredients. I was wrong.

The salsa was too liquidy, had minimal chunks of tomatoes with some stringy artichoke and large garlic chunks thrown in the mix. The overpowering garlic tomato mixture disguised the artichokes.

Salsa can be liquidy, but Garden Fresh Gourmet?s salsa seemed more like a tomato sauce rather than a salsa. I was not happy with this salsa, unlike the Jack?s Special Salsa.
