Back To Nature Products

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a box of goodies from Back to Nature(www.backtonaturefoods.com) Simply put their products are delicious. It is obvious from the packaging to the quality of the products that they not only care about the planet, but they also care about what consumers put in their bodies. The boxes are 100% recycled paperboard with a minimum 55% post-consumer content and there is no artificial anything in the items I received and sweetening comes from ingredients such as pear juice and honey.

Here is what came in my big box of yummy treats: Sesame Tarragon Crackers, Cranberry Pecan Granola Cookies, Honey Nut Granola Cookies, Chocolate Delight Granola, Sunflower and Pumpkin Seed Granola. Let’s just say that the Chocolate Delight Granola was immediately opened by my 10 and 14 year old sons and was gobbled up at a speedy pace. I think I snuck in a couple of handfuls for myself, but was okay with them eating most of it because with ingredients like rolled oats and dark chocolate chunks this was a “treat” I could live with! My personal favorite was the Cranberry Pecan Granola Cookies. A few of the ingredients include whole grain rolled oats, dried cranberries, honey, and sea salt. Wishing I had a few to nibble on now…writing this makes me want more.  The crackers were also so darn good! They went really well will slices of cheese or dipped in hummus or just plain by themselves.

Something else really great about the package is that Back to Nature includes their commitment to sustainability and their commitment to the earth on the side of the box.  I like supporting a company who will put that type of information in writing on their packaging.  They also “have a passion for keeping it simple” which they certainly achieved in the products I tried with nothing artificial on the list of ingredients.
