Evol Vegan Burritos

I cannot say enough about Evol Veggie Fajitas.  The fajita is filled with red & green bell peppers, brown rice and and a fresh tomato and roasted corn salsa – and that’s not the best part.  The wheat flour tortilla is probably one of the best I’ve ever tasted.  Unlike many dry, flaky and tasteless wheat tortillas I’ve had, Evol’s tortillas tasted like they were just out of the oven.  Vegan and packing 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber, they are a great lunchtime or snack alternative.
