Tropicana’s going green

Tropicana Pure Premium has teamed up wth Cool Earth in order to help save our depleting rainforests. For the rest of the year, Tropicana has pledged to save 100 square feet of the forest every time someone enters a code at their site.

The codes will be found on all 12-ounce, 64-ounce, 89-ounce and 128-ounce containers, as well as the 59-ounce package of the new Trop50 orange juice beverage. Codes can be entered online through 12/31/09. Shortly, there will also be a chance for you to enter a contest where Tropicana will be name part of their saved rainforest after someone! In the meantime, check out this game.

It’s certainly positive that the ideas of conservation have become so widely accepted. But there are still so many common misconceptions surrounding conservation. Check out our myth-busting video “What’s Your Big Green Lie?!” which gives a taste of the widespread ignorance of green issues at http://www.biggreenlies.com.
