Our doctor actually recommends my wife to drink a cup of juice a day if she can. Things like this are like the fish topic, apparently now pregnant women should eat certain types of fish about once a week. Though that wasn't always the case, and still might not being depending on your doctor's advice. There are so many opinions on so many things for this topic. It is wise to listen to Dr's you trust.
